• Compromised Details: Critical junctions, including seams and flashing transitions, showed signs of fatigue, threatening the building’s watertight integrity.
• Inconsistent Surface: Existing walk pads and debris created a non-uniform surface unsuitable for direct coating application.

Our Solution

A comprehensive restoration was executed to return the roof to a high-performance state without the need for a costly tear-off.

• Surface Preparation: The substrate underwent a rigorous decontamination process, including mechanical debris removal and a high-pressure thermal wash to ensure optimal adhesion for the new membrane.
• Detail Reinforcement: All vulnerable points—including curbs, drains, and penetrations—were treated with a heavy-duty reinforced sealant, creating a redundant layer of protection at the roof's most critical failure points.
• System Integration: After applying a specialized bonding primer, a high-solids silicone coating system was installed. This created a seamless, monolithic membrane across the entire footprint.
